Meet Natsuki
Hi! I’m Natsuki, and I’m from Osaka, Japan.
I created More Than Japanese because I believe learning Japanese is about much more than memorizing vocabulary and grammar.
Language, culture, etiquette, and everyday life are all connected. My goal is to help you not only speak Japanese with confidence but also gain a deeper understanding of Japan and feel more at home here.
After living overseas for nearly 10 years, I experienced both the excitement and the challenges of adapting to a different language and culture. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to build a life in a foreign country, and how valuable it is to have someone who truly understands your journey.
That’s why I don’t just teach Japanese. I also support my students in understanding Japanese culture, social etiquette, and everyday life, helping them feel more confident both inside and outside the classroom.
